At New Horizons, we have extensive experience in all these categories. Knee Orthosis (KO) - typically thought of as a sporting related injury, there are many conditions that require a knee orthosis. Whether it be hyperextension or instability, we will work with your physician to be able to identify and create the most effective brace to address the individual's needs.

Knee Ankle Foot Orthosis (KAFO) -this is a long leg brace, where we need to control both the knee and the ankle due to an underlying cause, from a neurological event to a trauma.

The New Horizons team has over 20 years of experience in the orthotic field and we are able to create an individual brace that is both comfortable and functionally appropriate for each patient. We work with your physician to be able to identify the appropriate bracing and create the appropriate orthosis to meet the individual's needs and allow them to return to an active lifestyle, along with our standard follow up program to ensure a positive outcome.
